Guarantee conditions

Warranty:

Your statutory warranty rights, if and insofar as you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), are not affected by this manufacturer's warranty.

In particular, this guarantee declaration does not restrict your rights under the purchase contract vis-à-vis the seller. This applies regardless of the occurrence of a warranty claim and regardless of whether the warranty is utilised. Irrespective of this guarantee, you have the rights under § 437 BGB if the goods were not free of defects at the time of transfer of risk.

Guarantee declaration:

With the purchase of the watch, you receive a two-year manufacturer's guarantee from us, Junkers Uhren GmbH (guarantor), provided that you are an end consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

This guarantee is not transferable to third parties.

It is guaranteed that the watch is free from material and manufacturing defects. We explicitly refer to the general product characteristics as well as the instructions for use, cleaning and maintenance that are supplied with the watch.

Warranty service:

In the event of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the goods free of charge or replace them in whole or in part. The warranty service is provided taking into account the circumstances of the individual case, in particular on the basis of economic aspects.

If the faulty goods are no longer available, we will provide an equivalent replacement or reimburse the corresponding current value of the goods to be determined. The replaced goods shall become our property.

If the warranty claim is justified, we will provide the warranty service within 6 weeks of receipt of the goods.

Guarantee conditions:

The two-year guarantee begins on the date of purchase stated on the guarantee card. It applies to end users, is non-transferable and is valid worldwide. The guarantee ends 2 years after the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must be made in writing to the seller (specialised dealer) or directly to us within the warranty period, presenting the proof of purchase and the warranty card. The goods must be carefully packaged and returned to the specialist retailer or to us.

Exclusion:

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by

- Normal and natural wear and tear
- Wear and tear due to excessive or improper use or use for the intended purpose
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- unauthorised repair attempts
- improper handling of heat, moisture, liquids and care products
- environmental influences such as extreme dryness, humidity, light, temperature
- wilful destruction, misuse, overloading or accidental damage

Changes in the colour of the goods and leather straps are excluded from the guarantee. The service life of the battery is also excluded.
